Have you lost a deal due to an uncooperative or unreasonable landlord? Want to know how to approach and negotiate with a landlord? How to ask for a change to the lease or just have the highest chance of a successful transfer (or new lease)? William Hugron, Senior Vice President of Ashwill Associates, who has 25+ years experience negotiating with landlords will share his experiences and "secrets of the trade" with us. He also is available to help negotiate with a landlord which is a great resource for all of us (maybe we wouldn't have lost that last deal???).

Please RSVP by January 23 (although the sooner, the better).

As before, you are welcome to bring non-CABB members (they can attend up to 3 meetings before joining).

Jennifer Park of Act One Escrow will provide coffee and pastries.

Be sure to bring flyers for your listings . There should be time to present your listings or to explain what businesses you need for buyers.
