- Our role at The Capital Group as Intermediaries means that we work for both buyer and seller in the transfer of a business opportunity. For the seller, we will analyze, valuate, market and ultimately join them with qualified buyers. For those searching for a business opportunity we offer a variety of services to accomplish that. We will guide buyer and seller through the negotiation process, financing, escrow and transition period. Our goal is to develop positive and lasting relationships with both buyer and seller and maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect throughout and after the transitional period.
